'I'm Ready To Unleash Him This Week' - Scottie Became America's Enforcer, Wasted No Time Defending Bryson From Brandel Chamblee's Moronic Comments
In case you missed it, that's what Chamblee had to say about Bryson. Like I said in my first blog, moronic, idiotic and really pointless. But now I'm wondering if he decided to unite US a little bit more here? Take one for the team, have everyone insult you and show that this team is ready for Bethpage, because this is how Scottie responded:
Fuck yeah, Scottie. Way to step up and be America's enforcer and leader. We know Keegan is the captain but you need one of the 12 guys to become the leader and that's Scottie. He's gotta have his head on a swivel to defend anyone and everyone when it comes to this week. You can't leave Bryson out there to dry just because he plays for LIV or you don't want to ruffle feathers. You step in and insult Rory right back. You call out Chamblee right back.
Makes me wonder if we'll get a little Bryson/Scottie pairing in some four-ball action. Throw out the two of them, assert dominance, celebrate in a completely cool and normal way.

I love this from Scottie though. He went from being the quiet guy who didn't win to this dominant era and willing to defend his guys. That's the sort of leader we need at the Ryder Cup. I've said it before, but this is the most important Ryder Cup for us since Kiawah in 1991. You can't lose again as a favorite, you can't lose on home soil where this was expected to be a statement type Ryder Cup. Shout out Scottie, officially turned into America's enforcer and gotta think Sam Burns is Scottie's enforcer.
