The Run Is Over: For The First Time All Season The Colts Finally Punted The Ball (And Of Course Iowa Caught A Ricochet Shot During It)

What a run. I have no idea if the Colts are good or not, that's basically how I've felt about the Colts since Peyton left, but a ridiculous run nonetheless. What I do know is that Iowa will always catch a ricochet shot when it comes to punting. That's just their brand and they need to embrace it. It doesn't matter if they score points or hit 38 on Friday, if you're Iowa, you punt. Never a doubt that they'd catch that stray here during it all. 

I don't want Daniel Jones to do well, much like I don't want any former Giant to do well. I refuse to believe the Colts have a better culture or fit or anything like that. But my hands are tied. I have to tip my cap to the run they had. Part of me feels like they should have just leaned even more into it and said fuck it, go for it on any 4th down. Vrabel does it 

Either way, one hell of a run and brutal for Iowa. You gotta at least wait for them to have a standard 10 point outing when you do that, they live for punt the ball, can't do it after a 38-point night.
