The Packers Bully The Commanders On TNF As Their Micah Parsons Led-Defense Continues To Unleash Hell On Opposing Offenses

Two weeks in, two high powered offenses completely thwarted at the hands of the Green Bay Packers defense. I cannot describe to you accurately how good it feels to root for a team that gets home with four. That's the Micah Parsons effect. He really does make it all so easy. My god do I love Jerry Jones.
Jayden Daniels had pressure in his face all night long, as did Jared Goff the week before. Whether it was Micah Parsons, Rashan Gary, Edgerrin Cooper, Van Ness or Wyatt, Daniels was in hell.
The ripple effect of that kind of pash rush is that it makes life even easier for the secondary as the Commanders receivers had no time to get down the field and do damage. I thought Keisean Nixon had an awesome night in coverage. Carrington Valentine did a nice job. Bullard made some nice plays. Nate Hobbs made his team debut. Oh and anytime they decide to heat up a blitz it destroys plays.
I don't know man, this unit is scary. With Hafley, a for sure soon-to-be head coach, calling the plays it's a lot of fun to watch. It's so early but it really does feel like the sky is the limite. This is a championship caliber defense.
The offense was hummin to start to stretch out to an early lead. It was a Tucker Kraft night. When is it not? How good is this guy?
He eventually found the end zone in the 2nd half
In between all that he threw a guy off the field. This man is the perfect Packer.
For the most part the Packers offensive line kept Love clean despite missing two starters in Zach Tom and Aaron Banks. Love spread it around to seven different pass catchers and drove the ball down the field all game long, averaging 15 yards a completion. He missed a few along the way, including a couple to Golden, which shows you this could have been even uglier.
The bummer of the night on the Packers side was Jayden Reed likely breaking his collarbone on a long touchdown catch that got called back for holding. He did not return and left grabbing that area we know too well. If he's out a while that all of a sudden secures Romeo Doubs role with the team after a week filled with trade rumors.
Anyways, 2-0 vs. two teams that won 12 games last year is excellent. Winning in dominant fashion like they are is orgasmic. It feels very sustainable. They're beating teams in all facets. Nothing feels lucky, it feels right. Jayden Daniels had no answer tonight. The Lions in week 1 were lost. Love continues to look very solid while Josh Jacobs compliments him as per usual on the ground. Special teams could use some work as is every year, but man there's really not much to complain about, especially on a short week. Now they get the half-bye before heading to the Browns in Week 3. I grabbed the Pack to win it all at +950 last week and I have a funny feeling that number is about to drop like a rock.
I love Jerry Jones so much.
