'Need A Phenom Like Lamine Yamal Or Young Messi' - Tom Brady Finally Figured Out The Secret For The USA To Start Dominating Soccer

Oh, I don't know why we never thought of this. You're telling me all the US has to do is get arguably the best player ever or this 18-year old phenom who looks every part of being the best player in the world? That's all we need?

Can't believe we never had someone think of this before. Makes you think that Freddy Adu would have been that if we just made him Messi. Now, here's what I will say. We do have one hope here and his name is Cavan Sullivan.

He's the guy who everyone in US Soccer is expecting to be the face of the future and is starting his climb in Europe. If Sullivan can't do it, well, we'll just find someone else and hype them up. I just love the fact Tom Brady thought he was breaking some incredible insight by saying something like this. The truth is US Soccer Federation needs a whole revamp. They have no idea what they want to be, there's too much politics in it and you see these ebbs and flows without any real development.

I want very few things more than an awesome US soccer team. It's one of my favorite things to watch, to cheer for and it's been way more upsetting than happy. I just have that 2002 run stuck in my brain along with Landon Donovan's goal against Algeria and the run in the 2009 Confederations Cup. Now it's time to start recruiting, hit the transfer portal and get young Messi to stay in the US.
