Amy Schumer's Response To Somebody Who Said She Looks Like The Lady From The American Gothic Painting Is Pretty Damn Great

Are people getting Amy Schumer fatigue?  I feel like they are because she’s everywhere now but I’m not.  I think she’s hilarious.  I also get a kick out of watching stand up comedians blow up, get super famous really fast and seeing how they handle it.  Schumer was relatively unknown before she did Trainwreck with co-star Bill Hader.  Well that’s not entirely true.  She did have her own show on Comedy Central that people really liked but there’s a big difference between that and having done a movie with Judd Apatow on a large scale.  Now she’s huge and everybody knows who she is.  Anyyyyyyyway, that’s maybe the most perfect respond tweet of all time.  It’s accurate cause she does kinda look like the lady in that painting but the fact that JK Simmons was around to do it is the best.  Grab him, grab a fork and let’s do this.

Two minutes!  It took her two minutes for her brain to process the tweet, track down JK Simmons, take a picture and tweet it back out.  Who the fuck has JK Simmons just hanging around?  Pretty great all the way around.
