Sabrina Carpenter Is The Next Artist Up At The Fortnite Festival

FORTNITE NERDS GO CRAZYYYYY!! I'm not actually someone who knows anything about Fortnite, or this festival, but I do know that other stars have done this before and people go NUTS for it. Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga, I think even Paris Hilton did a DJ set? All of these people = cool in my book so, as far as I'm concerned, this is a cool move for Sabrina. 

For those who are confused, no, this isn't a real festival. Well, it's real to those who live most of their lives within a tech landscape LIKE Fortnite, but for the lames outside of the video game universe, it is defined as such:

Fortnite Festival is a 2023 rhythm game developed by Harmonix and published by Epic Games. In the game, players perform songs while attempting to achieve the highest score possible based on their performance. Each song features four different instruments, and players choose which instrument they want to play, as well as the song's difficulty; higher difficulties change the layouts of the songs. A variety of songs can be chosen from, with a free selection that changes daily, as well as the opportunity to purchase songs outright from the Fortnite item shop. Available songs range from those composed by Epic Games Sound Team to tracks from popular artists.

And now you can be Sabrina Carpenter! What I'm seeing is this is basically Rock Band (the microphone part) but...not? I didn't know there was a Lip Sync for your Life option in this game but maybe I should be looking more into it? 

This of course comes off the heels of the "hate" that Sabrina got for mimicking an Eiffel Tower sex position while in Paris. By "hate" I mean, "stuck up lames and losers felt like it was 'a little much'" - meanwhile, Sabrina fans know that she's just messing around. We're all adults here! We can make sex jokes AND be iconic pop stars without everyone getting mad! May I present, the Bangerz Tour?
