The Beautiful Game: Southern/Grambling Gave Us One Of The More Bizarre, Chaotic Endings You'll See In College Hoops

This right here is the beautiful game. This is why you watch low-major SWAC basketball. Not to mention this is the 1 seed Southern racing for the ball and saving themselves. Only to lose in OT that is. But this is March at its finest. You have a 1 seed trying to stay  alive and do what they are supposed to do. Might as well turn into a 5-year old YMCA game where kids just launch the ball, don't dribble and maybe it goes through the hoop. This is college basketball at its finest. You have to remember that kids make dumb decisions. You see a press for one time in March and they shit their pants. This is what we saw here and quite frankly it's perfect. 

You just can't lose this game in overtime when you get this break to go to overtime. You catch a break like that and you have to win as a 1 seed in March. I don't care if guys are in foul trouble or the other team is on fire or anything like that. Can't say I was locked into the SWAC game to know, but you have to win. The beautiful game.
