A Clip Of WNBA Star Sabrina Ionescu Bullying A Filipino Basketball Player At An Exhibition Game In Manila Has Sparked Debate On The Internet

I've seen this clip a billion times on the timeline over the last 24 hours and I initially had tons of questions. Why is Sabrina Ionescu putting Filipino basketball players that look like they're in high school in bodybags in their own country was the main one, and turns out that this was a Nike tour stop in Manila. A lot of people on the Internet are whining that this was an offensive foul and that Sabrina overreacted, to which I say you don't know ball. Is this guy Mr 94 Feet a la Pat Bev in an exhibition game against one of the WNBA's biggest stars? I get it's a big moment for the kid, but we are talking about one of hoop's deepest bags here:

And all jokes aside, playing defense like it's Game 7 against a star who has their upcoming season as a defending champ is some nasty work. I know a lot of people are clowning Sabrina for this but it was 100% justified and we have to remember why everyone came out to watch in the first place. These are supposed to be fun!
