Steph Curry Is Hitting Beyond Half Court Buzzer Beaters So The Demon Warriors Might Actually Be Back

Before the NBA's trade deadline, the Golden State Warriors looked like a cooked product. They were 25-26, looked old and broken, and generally gave off the look of a team with a broken spirit.
Then this happened
That moment did a few things. It brought Steph Curry the much needed help he deserved in a player who provides exactly what the Warriors team needed. A guy who can take over in the non-Steph minutes and carry an offense either by finishing in the paint and getting to the FT line, to a player that can move off ball and cut when Steph is on the floor while playing off Draymond's passing.
It also gave Steph Curry new life. Suddenly, Steph looked re-energized. He got back to playing with joy, and the dominance soon followed. In a blink of an eye, Steph Curry went from dead to Demon Steph, the guy who we know can backpack a team all the way up the NBA mountain by himself. He's that terrifying of a player when he's healthy and has that joy back.
Not only has Steph's play been great, but the Warriors are back to winning. They were 6-1 with Jimmy Butler entering tonight's game against the Magic, and if you needed any further evidence that Demon Steph is back, may I present to you Exhibit A
I'm just going to say it. We might be fucked. Just when you thought the Warriors Dynasty was finally coming to an end, I have no choice but to acknowledge that they very well may be more alive than ever. Don't pay attention to the score of this game, that's not what matters. You have to think big picture and what this means for the rest of the West (and maybe NBA) if the Warriors are #back and not in a "hey they might be feisty" type of way but in "Steph Curry is ready to ruin your season" type of way.
As of now, the best the Warriors could do is climb out of the Play In and into the 6 seed. Let me ask you, if you're the Nuggets are you in love with that 1st round matchup? Let's say they stay in 7/8, hey Timberwolves, how would you like a one game series against Steph Curry? Where, if you lose that game, now you might have to deal with Luka/AD? That's a tough break.
The point is, this version of GS, the one where we have to accept that Steph Curry has regained his Dark Magic, is a VERY different type of playoff opponent than the team that was 25-26 and was left for dead. This isn't even about also having to deal with Butler, Kuminga being back etc. I'm talking strictly Steph Curry.
We're seeing the early signs. The run of 30+ point games immediately after the trade, the Dark Magic 3/4 court bombs at the buzzer. We've seen this movie before. Just don't be surprised if it happens.
