America Got Introduced To The Newest Kentucky Legend - Trent Noah, The Mountain Mamba, Who Put On A Show While Beating Tennessee

I could talk about how Kentucky won this game despite all 3 of our point guards being hurt. I could bitch about the dumbest rule in basketball costing Kentucky 2 points. In case you don't know, the dumbest rule is the fact the refs called a goaltend on Tennessee with 1:35 to go in the half and then at halftime decided to say the goaltend didn't count and wipe 2 points off the board. I could talk about Koby Brea's shooting. I could talk about a sweep over Tennessee. All those things happened.

But the world got introduced to Trent Noah, dubbed Mountain Mamba, who became a Kentucky legend tonight.

It wasn't just hitting three 3s. It was the fact he did this against a team he grew up hating. It was the fact he is forced to play this new role due to injuries and delivered defense, rebounding and shooting. He's an Eastern Kentucky kid who is living the dream of playing at the big school and doing this all on the big stage. Not just him, Travis Perry was awesome too. We have our own exciting whites, which if we learned anything from the NFL, means we're going to win the NCAA Tournament.

Another top-10 win by Mark Pope, man is just delivering every time he has to. Now get Lamont Butler and Jaxson Robinson healthy. But tonight belongs to Trent Noah. There's something about Kentucky kids delivering for Kentucky, you won't experience anything like it until you're at Rupp and it happens.
