This is perfect. Dick Vitale has battled cancer, kicked its ass and is now back calling games. It’s been a long time. It’s also what he deserves. The man loves college basketball. He deserves the standing ovation and everyone praising him. He’s one of those voices I grew up with. You close your eyes, hear an ACC game on TV and it’s Dick Vitale calling it. 

It’s fitting for him to get the walkout and recognition. So shout out Dickie V, he’s back where he belongs. Talking college hoops.
