Our Coach: Kentucky Fans Are Breaking Down Videos Of Mark Pope's Bloody Hand After He Admitted He Destroyed Some Furniture After Losing

I know people are screaming that the honeymoon is over and Mark Pope can't coach now that we lost two in a row. I couldn't be more on Mark Pope's side. The loss to Arkansas was pathetic, absolutely. The first half at Ole Miss was a low point, absolutely. But doubting Mark Pope because he has 5 top-20 wins already this season and then lost to a bad team and got destroyed on the road? Fine, more Mark Pope stock for me.

That said, he's now seeing the first crazy factor of Big Blue Nation as a head coach. We're getting zapruder type film breakdowns to see his bloody hand:

That's blood! That man doesn't tell a lie. And you know what? Good. I want him to go nuts on this team from time to time. The whole story with Mark Pope is how he's this super encouraging coach that doesn't get down on his guys. Well, sometimes you need to berate your players. Light a fire under their ass and remind them who they are playing for.

This is who I want leading a team that I live and die with. This will be the worst team Mark Pope has, I fully understand that. He's already succeeding. First, just get Lamont Butler healthy. Breaking news here but having a point guard is pretty important in college basketball. Second, win. Third, goes with winning but get these guys to play some defense, just a little bit. That's all it is. I love seeing my coach get a little bloody. That means he care. He'll live and die for this program.

It's year 1 and I ain't leaving the Mark Pope is a great coach boat. Everyone else can jump off if you want. I'll take my coach, his bloody hand, his bloody shirt and data. We're going to be fine.
