No One Is Safe: There Are Kansas Fans Losing Their Minds And Turning On Bill Self All Because Of A 5-Star Freshman

Typically I'd ignore something like this because it's just fans screaming like fans do. But, Bill Self actually responded in his press conference about Phog Allen chanting for Flory Bidunga, a 5-star freshman. They want him playing over KJ Adams. It's as simple as that, at least from their standpoint. Mind you they chanted this before Kansas went on to beat the everliving shit out of Iowa State: 

I'd also simply let Bill Self do whatever he wants at Phog Allen on Monday nights: 

Now the whole reason here is fans think Flory brings more scoring, a better offense and Self just has some sort of loyalty to KJ Adams. Sure, Bidunga has a bigger upside but it's not like he's a shooter or anything. He's not helping what is the biggest weakness for Kansas - shooting. Dajuan Harris is a good point guard, can't shoot. You have Adams or Flory out there, can't shoot. Griffen and Mayo are good shooters, but it's a congested floor on offense. 

Obviously we're talking about a loud portion of the fanbase here, not necessarily the majority. But if you're a Kansas fan turning on Bill Self, you gotta be insane. Dude won a title a few years ago. He's constantly a top-4 seed in the NCAA Tournament. You can't ask for much more from Self.

I know Kansas was coming off blowing a 21-point lead to Baylor. But, they are still top-10 on KenPom. They are still in the Big 12 race and a top-3 seed in the NCAA Tournament. This isn't like Kansas sucks this year. That's what makes this whole thing kinda weird. Granted, I'm not locked in with the day-to-day of Kansas throughout the years but this feels like the loudest fans are turning on Self for his decisions.
