"We're Going To Hit Him": Credit To Washington Commanders DC On Coming Up With Revolutionary Game Plan Of Tackling Jalen Hurts

Oh fuck! Did you guys hear that? Joe Whitt Jr out here completely changing up the game of football on all of our asses. 

What do they pay ol' Joey Boy down there in Washington? Whatever it is, they better get ready to double it. Heck, you better triple that salary right now if you want to keep Joe Whitt Jr in the building. A revolutionary brain like that has to be on a fast track to being a head coach right now. 

It's crazy that nobody has ever thought about this. If a quarterback runs with the ball then you, as a defense, should attempt to tackle him. Hit the guy carrying the ball on the opposing team. 

I just need to know what the game plan is for when guys like AJ Brown and DeVonta Smith catch the ball. Are they planning on hitting them like wide receivers, or will they hit them like running backs as well? Or what about when Slay intercepts a pass from Jayden Daniels? Will the rest of the offensive players out there attempt to tackle Slay like he's a cornerback, or will they also be trying to hit him like he's a running back?

It's all just so fascinating. It's great to get a chance to witness a brilliant football mind like Joe Whitt Jr's at work. Makes you really appreciate all the little intricacies of the game. Guy is a fucking genius. The Rams have to be sick they didn't think of it first.

P.S. -- Really stupid game Joe Whitt Jr is playing here. He needs to remember who the baddest man on the field Sunday is going to be. If he wants to open up that can of worms, then Jalen Carter will have no issues taking that green light on Jayden Daniels.
