Doing Our Part - Jay Williams Thinks Arkansas Is Struggling And John Calipari Has A Tough Job Because Kentucky Fans Keep Laughing At Them Losing
I'm dying laughing. This is so perfect. John Calipari is struggling and having a tough time at Arkansas because Kentucky fans are right. We tried telling Arkansas fans what they were going to get. We tried warning them about the lack of 3-point shooting, the lack of smart roster construction and being stuck in his ways. But what do you expect from us? He didn't take the UCLA job, he took the job of Kentucky's conference rival. Once upon a time Kentucky/Arkansas was the rivalry in the SEC.
At the same time you have Seth Greenberg trying to tell Kentucky fans how to feel and who is a real Kentucky fan:
Fucking hilarious. I'd tell them to shut up, but frankly I enjoy seeing how absurd they can be. Seth brings up the offense from last year as to why Cal can still coach? BUDDY COULDN'T DEFEND JACK FUCKING GOHLKE. Mind you the reason the offense was so good was because of three NBA players at guard. Granted he didn't start two of them or play his best lineup as much as he should have. But, sure, they scored a bunch a year ago. Congrats on that, we lost to Oakland because of game planning.
Let me be very clear, Kentucky fans want everyone in the SEC to lose. That's called, oh I don't know, normal. Every fan of every team wants that. It's amplified with Calipari because we were saved when he left. But he left for a rival. So if we're making their life tough by laughing at them, good. We're doing our job.
Don't worry, just wait until you see their team next year.
