I Can't Believe The Amount Of Hate Big Cat Is Getting After All He Has Done

I'm sorry, but I can't be quiet any longer after all the disrespect I've seen on the timeline. 

All these snooty baseball writers have been sharing their Hall of Fame ballots over the last few weeks and not ONCE have I seen Andres Galarraga's name. That could be because they don't view him as a Hall of Famer or because he is no longer on the ballot because he only got 4.1% of the vote back in 2010. But it's wrong either way.

I mean look at the numbers the Big Cat put up!

Sure that graph almost definitely can't be viewed clearly on whatever screen you are looking at it on, but 399 home runs is nothing to sneeze at, including FORTY TWO in 1988. Add in seven Top 10 MVP finishes with two Gold Gloves and you have a hell of a career. Add those with a 114 Batting score in the Hall of Fame Monitor and you have a Hall of Famer (I admittedly don't know what that number or the ink numbers mean. But I use them to support my argument when I see fit).

I understand he put up a bunch of home runs in Colorado when it was an absolute bandbox. However, Todd Helton hit even less in the same stadium and he made it to Cooperstown!

I know a bunch of other stuff goes into the game of baseball, but that only adds to Galarraga's case. Being a stud on the Montreal Expos makes you significantly cooler and there is always room for more people wearing Expos hats in The Hall. Plus Big Cat is undeniably an awesome nickname. 

Add it all up and Galarraga may not be a Hall of Famer. But there should be at least one person hyping him up on social media every year using cherry picked stats for Galarraga and against the players who may not deserve to be in Cooperstown over him.

Oh yeah and Eli Manning is going to make the Pro Football Hall of Fame, which is gonna piss everyyyyyybody off except for Giants fans and a few rational Patriots fans. Speaking of which, it's time for me to plan my trip to Canton.
