Vernon Maxwell Unleashed Perhaps His Greatest Troll Job Of Jazz Fans To Date Following Trae Young's Insane Game Winner

Without a doubt, one of the most hilarious beefs we have in NBA history has nothing to do with player on player hate or team vs team beef. No no, that title belongs to former Rocket Vernon Maxwell and his absolute hatred for every single Jazz fan, the entire state of Utah, and every single person that lives there. We're at the point where I'm not sure anything in life brings Maxwell more joy than shitting on and trolling Jazz fans. It's almost as if this is why he was put on this planet.

That's why perhaps the least surprising thing of all time is that immediately after an arena full of Jazz fans had to witness Trae Young rip their hearts out with an incredible halfcourt buzzer beater last night, it was only a matter of time before Maxwell rubbed salt on those wounds. At the end of the day, that's a layup for a troll like Maxwell. You never pass up your chance to rub in the pain, and Maxwell certainly would never miss the opportunity to twist the knife. Never one to shy away from the moment, Maxwell didn't hold back

I mean sheesh. You see, this is a level of hatred you almost have to respect. This is not a rookie in the hating game, this is a pillar. I could make the case that nobody hates on anything as much and as well as Vernon Maxwell hates on Jazz fans and the people of Utah. If he needs to troll, he trolls. If he needs to unleash something ruthless, he does so without hesitation.

Again, this is not new. This is what he does and every single time it delivers

Sometimes you have beefs that are cringy as hell, think along the lines of Dwight vs Shaq. None of that is funny, it's all pretty sad at this point. But Maxwell vs Jazz fans? That will never get old and will never not be funny. Given the Jazz are rebuilding and there aren't any playoff-choking scenarios in their immediate future, Maxwell had to change course and find another way to get a dig in. Not only did he succeed, but it was probably some of his finest work.

If you're a younger stoolie and have no idea who the hell Vernon Maxwell is, allow me to bring you up to speed. Easily one of the craziest players in NBA history, he was also pretty damn good during the 90s Rockets run
