UPDATE: Blake Lively Is Now Suing Justin Balodni And The Released Texts Are Crazy

Blake Lively has declared legal war on her former "It Ends with Us" costar/director Justin Baldoni, laying out her allegations of sexual harassment and what she claims is a coordinated effort to destroy her reputation, but Baldoni's team has fired back calling the allegations a false attempt to rehab her reputation.

The lawsuit lists the demands that were addressed ... she says because of Baldni's conduct. Among those demands -- no more showing nude videos or images of women to Blake, no more mention of Baldoni's alleged previous "pornography addiction," no more discussions about sexual conquests in front of Blake and others, no further mentions of cast and crew's genitalia, no more inquiries about Blake's weight, and no further mention of Blake's dead father.

There's also a demand that there be "no more adding of sex scenes, oral sex or on camera climaxing by BL outside the scope of the script BL approved when signing onto the project."

ICYMI: Blake Livley co-starred in this movie 'It Ends With Us' alongside Justin Baldoni (who also directed). After the movie was released, a whole bunch of conflicting allegations came out saying that the cast hated Baldoni, Livley was a nightmare on set etc. Then Baldoni hired Melissa Nathan, the PR person that worked for Johnny Depp during the Amber Heard trial. Basically a week later, the whole world hated Blake Lively. I wrote a full blog on that saga you can read here.

So here we are, months later, and Lively has fired back. These are all obviously very serious allegations and, on top of that, there were some pretty damning texts releasesd.

(SKY)

The text messages, which Lively says she acquired through a subpoena, involve exchanges between Jennifer Abel, of PR firm RWA Communications, Melissa Nathan, of The Agency Group PR, and Baldoni.

They include:

  • Baldoni asking Ms Abel "What is the TikTok strategy" and saying "I'd like you guys to start posting me ONLY talking about domestic violence and clips and why this movie is so important";
  • Ms Abel telling Ms Nathan she was "having reckless thoughts of wanting to plant pieces this week of how horrible Blake is to work with";
  • Ms Abel saying: "The narrative online is so freaking good and fans are still sticking up for Justin" and telling Ms Nathan "you did such amazing work";
  • Ms Nathan telling Ms Abel: "The majority of socials are so pro Justin and I don't even agree with half of them lol";
  • Ms Nathan replying to Ms Abel: "Narrative is CRAZY good";
  • Ms Nathan telling Ms Abel: "We can't write it down to him… We can't write we will destroy her";
  • Ms Nathan adding: "you know we can bury anyone";
  • Ms Nathan saying to Ms Abel: "Don't worry, I didn't kill her and send her in a box to your house", to which Abel replies: "DAMNIT";
  • Ms Nathan telling Ms Abel socials are "really really ramping up", to which Ms Abel adds: "It's actually sad because it just shows you have people really want to hate on women".

I wrote in my last blog about this how effective Melissa Nathan must be because the entire public narrative changed so definitivly right after she was hired. I thought she was a legit supervillain! But leaving all this shit over text?

Giphy Images.

Turns out she's just an amateur bad guy.

After seeing all these allegations, I think my original assessment was correct. Much like the Depp-Heard trial, neither of them are good people but the legal angle of this all will be it's own animal.
