The Search For Coach Jon Gruden's Crew Brought Us Guys From Every Corner Of The Internet

Yesterday, Dave, Jon Gruden, and Jake Malasek all met up in Tampa, Florida at the Fire Football Coaches Association Headquarters. After a casting call was put out early in the week that got thousands of applications, we narrowed them down to the final eight. 

The interview process was intense to say the least.

To start it off, he broke everybody down.

He even put some guys on the white board.
