Miami Hurricanes Mascot Asks For Syracuse Reporter's Number During Saturday's Game, Takes Yet Another L For The School

Miami's college football playoff hopes likely went up in flames on Saturday after their collapse against Syracuse. The Canes blew a 21-0 lead at the hands of the Orange in what was an awesome shootout. Well, it turns out that wasn't the only losing that Miami suffered on Saturday. CNY Central sports reporter Ashley Wenskoski was asked for her number by none other than Sebastian the Ibis, the Miami mascot.

Still drawing a blank? Let me paint the picture, or just show you. This criminal.

I know Love is Blind is a big hit these days, but we're not there yet with mascots. That would be kinda electric though. Women going on dates with people who are disguised in mascots that they think best bring out their personalities. Ashley was not amused with this idea.

Tough scenes all around.

I admittedly don't know much about Ashley, but we have to stand up for our fellow Cuse grads. Based on the video below of her shot being constantly interrupted, she's not someone I want to upset. She has no time for your tomfoolery.

Whoever was inside the mascot suit goes back to Miami where he probably loses his job after making global headlines. Sunday scaries to the max.

Just another W for Syracuse. That's the Fran Brown impact. We're flooded with wins, outside of basketball of course.
