'It Ain't The Quarterback. We Were Soft As Fuck' - Malik Nabers Is Sick Of The Giants Being Pathetic, Basically Admitted The Team Quit
Good! Finally someone is saying what's going on. Yeah, Daniel Jones sucked. Tommy DeVito sucks. There's no hope with these quarterbacks, but that's not the entire reason this team is garbage. They are soft as fuck. They don't have heart. They don't have enough talent. They screwed up over and over again in building and figuring out what this team should be. You have a defense who gives up big play after big play. You have an offense who can't get 6 yards half the time, let alone into the end zone. It's pathetic. We're a pathetic team and franchise right now, even the biggest diehard of fans have to admit that.
Now we have two faces of the team using the word soft. In other words, everyone on this team quit. Fine, we should be tanking. I don't care about losing, we should finally embrace the tank. Part of that is NOT losing a guy like Malik Nabers after one contract. It's not having him question everything about this franchise when he's not even 1 year in. I can't even blame him and frankly I'm not smart enough to do the whole rebuild. There's gotta be a quarterback with a plan. There's gotta be an offensive line that doesn't collapse the moment Andrew Thomas gets hurt. There's gotta be a defense that shows up on a regular basis.
This whole season is pointless now. Not like a win helps you out. It's about getting the number 1 pick and making the right pick. It's about not waiting until the game is 30-0 before your best player gets involved:
This all fucking sucks and Malik Nabers had enough. It's not being a diva or anything like that, it's playing for a franchise that has been a shitshow for a decade. Good times.
