Devastation: Ana de Armas Is Off The Market, Now Dating The Step Son Of Cuba's President

I hate to be that guy, but I've got some bad news to deliver as we near the weekend —Ana de Armas is off the market.

It appears she's followed a cycle we've seen way too often. From Ben Affleck to the VP of Tinder to the step son of a dictator. You'd think she'd make it a little less predictable.

Now the interesting thing here is that the actress originally fled Cuba at 18 years old because well…it's Cuba. The country is constantly overpowered by a dictatorship that makes living there a nightmare. If you have any of money, electricity, or human rights consider yourself lucky. I don't know about you, but it's kinda crazy to flee a country because it's so bad, find a great life elsewhere, all to eventually fall in love with the step son of a tyrant from your home country. Maybe her plan is to overthrow the government from the inside and free everyone from this hell scape? Sounds like a classic Hallmark movie to me.

I don't want to necessarily root against couples, but I've got a good feeling this won't last very long. While it lasts, everyone needs to take a long look in the mirror and realize what you did wrong. Ana de Armas could have fallen in love with anyone in the world and chose the step son of the Cuban President. I feel like that's a reflection on all of us more than anything. Back to the drawing board we go.

In the mean time, what a catch for the step son of a dictator.
