Remembering Kiana's Flex Appeal from ESPN2 (FULL WORKOUT)

I'm not trying to be the horniest guy on the internet as much as I'm fulfilling a professional obligation here.

Yesterday I finally published my top 10 best racks of the 1990's. It was a difficult exercise but someone had to do it.

Well today I received a passionate voicemail from a loyal reader about my decision to omit Kiana Tom. And quite frankly that's a huge mistake on my part.

Jackpot

I'm not alone when I say Kiana Tom was my first Asian crush. Late nights or sick days on ESPN2 cutting from recycled XGames coverage to a Maui beach with Kiana straddled on a bench and demonstrating proper dumbbell military press technique. Just the thought of catching a whiff of that bench was enough to get me through the day. And again I know I'm not alone.

Which brings me back to professional obligation. I can't, in good conscious, live another day on this planet without first honoring Kiana Tom in a public setting. Even if it's not the biggest rack or most memorable of the 1990's. The broader point is that she's so deserving of consideration and attention, and I'm a complete moron for neglecting her in my comprehensive analysis.

Kiana - I'm sorry

"you bad boy" (I think)

With that in mind, I went into the archives to find episode 2 from her run at the Maui Ritz Carlton. Personally I liked this one a lot more than the Bahamas stay and closely ahead of the Prince Hotel series that followed the Ritz. Matching plaid will do that.

FULL WORKOUT:

Truly ahead of her time with the fitness content. It's obviously going through a huge resurgence now and just makes you wonder how much harder we had it in the 90's. You couldn't just take your phone out and get a Kiana Tom lower body workout at the swipe of a thumb. You had to plan and strategize around ESPN2 programming. You needed to be patient and structured to get a piece of the action. That's why we're built different.

Anyways good time to start working out with holidays around the corner. You can find a whole catalogue of Kiana's instruction on her YouTube page below.

May I recommend the dumbbell deadlift circuit?

No?

How about her instragram

I would.
