The Giants Came Up Clutch And Conquered The Panthers In Germany

I know that was an ugly game that violated the Treaty of Versailles on multiple levels. But as history has taught us countless times, true change cannot happen without some ugliness along the way, which that game had in spades. Awful picks, missed tackles, and play calls that made me want to rip my eyeballs out. Luckily those eyeballs are still in tact (for now) because there is a chance the Giants will finally lose the games they have to lose to get a Top 3 pick that they played themselves out of last year.

Sure there is a chance they fuck all this up yet again with upcoming games against the bottom feeding Saints and the banged up Cowboys before the schedule goes back up to actual NFL teams again. But I am counting on the Saints playing hard for a coach they don't actively hate and the Cowboys have already beat the Giants with Cooper Rush as their starter once. So maybe, just maybe today's game was the one we have been waiting for over the last 10 years or so.

Or they completely fuck everything up in the next two months. I don't know and to be honest, I don't care because this team has bled out so much enjoyment of football out of me.

Now it's time for Giants fans to do what we do pretty much every November and scout all the upcoming QBs in the draft. Damn it feels good to be back (and my good I mean I feel nothing inside anymore about this franchise. #Giants100).
