Arkansas State’s Bus Broke Down On The Way To Alabama And The Person Who Fixed It Was None Other Than Their Head Coach

Talk about blue collar, hard work, and class. That’s what you got here with Coach Hodgson aka the Shark. 

Listen mid major basketball can have its ups and downs. Every night your playing for the glory of one day getting to the big dance and knocking off a major team and having your highlights in the One Shining Moment montage but most of the time your in that grind of playing in half filled arenas, and battling for 5 months only to have your season come down to some wacky ass conference tournament game in neutral site, and worst of all taking the bus to some games. It’s a tough balance for programs like this but its always good to see some of the guys in that grind and their personality.

I was lucky enough to go to a game last year with Frank and every person down there immediately loved the culture. 

So of course when the bus breaks down a guy like Shark is there to fix it. A perfect example to his players to not make excuses, not shy away from hard work, and sometimes you got to get a little dirty if you want to accomplish your goal. What a great example for players everywhere.
