Brady Quinn Rips Penn State Fans For Crying About Not Having A Night Game Against Ohio State, Saying They Should Try Winning At Noon First

So it's no secret that Penn State fans cried like the little babies they are because they had to play Ohio State at noon instead of 7:30 pm in primetime. And it wasn't just their fans, it was their coach too. James Franklin gave this little sarcastic dig leading up the game, when everyone knows damn well Penn State wanted the White Out at night.

Now don't get me wrong, I was upset with the start time, too. I like my big games to be in the evening. But that's just because I like to go through my Saturday morning routine, drink some beer, make my chicken wing order, edge a little bit with the JV games throughout the day, and then settle down for a huge matchup that evening. That's why I like night games. Penn State fans appear to have a different opinion, thinking that playing at night helps their team. They legitimately feel they were wronged because the biggest game on their schedule (Ohio State's 3rd biggest regular season game this season, perhaps 4th). Now, I'm not going to harp on the fact that Penn State is barely over .500 in their Whiteout Games because I don't want to take that route, instead I want to focus on the route that Brady Quinn did: why do YOU think you deserve night games?? On the Two Pros and a Cup of Joe podcast (9:35 mark), Brady Quinn had this message for Penn State fans:

"And I'll say this.....not to take a shot at Penn State, but why don't you try winning one at Noon first?"

Mic fucking drop. And I can hear the crickets from here. Credit to Brady Quinn for a great point, as well as the classic move of saying "not to take a shot at" and then delivering a lethal blog. I don't care that Brady Quinn is on Big Noon Kickoff (which no one showed up to this week in protest....)

And I don't care that Penn State clearly has one of the best environments in college football. What I care about right now is an answer from the Penn State faithful to the following question: what have YOU done to deserve the right to complain about the time of games? Haven't won a National Title since 1994. Haven't won a Conference Title since 2016. Haven't won a big game in what feels like an eternity. But you think you have the right to argue about kickoff times? I'm going to take a page out of Brady Quinn's book here….not to take a shot at Penn State, but you're no better than Rutgers in my eyes. And if Rutgers was complaining about kickoff times, they world would laugh at them. Just like they are at you!

**Ohio State looks like they will be having their last six games of the season all starting at Noon, and you won't hear a peep out of me! Complaining is for losers, like Penn State.
