It was a massive show today, but my favorite part was when we broke down the correct way to play defensively in your own zone during Show/Minzees. Over bettors will not like this video as we try to stop more goals from happening, but this needed ot be addressed. 

Watch this clip of the Flyers' goal, where the Bruins defense plays with two hands on their sticks, sticks in the air, and playing small!

We also talked how playing with two hands on your stick makes you feel robotic and can't maneuver around the ice properly, check out these examples.

Bruins aren't the only ones, below the Sabres defensemen has one hand correctly to start then for some reason switches to two hands becoming small allowing the Islanders player to cut in and he ends up getting turned like a top and a minus 1.
