Angel Reese Responded To The Haters Online And Showed Up To A Concert Flaunting Her Ass

Mirror US - Angel Reese had a sly, three-word response to the hate she is seemingly receiving on social media.

The newest episode of Reese’s podcast, “Unapologetically Angel,” featured influencer Kayla Nicole, whom Travis Kelce used to date before his relationship with Taylor Swift. During the episode, Nicole spoke of how dating Kelce added to her personal struggles and opened her up to online abuse.

As such, the most devoted section of Swift’s fanbase - known as “Swifties” - did not take kindly to Nicole’s comments, throwing hateful comments their way. In response, the Chicago Sky star forward posted a three-word message to those electing to spend their time hating on the basketball star.

On X, Reese simply posted: “hating pays too,” with an emoji of nails being painted. Many fans took more umbrage to the 22-year-old’s post on social media, with some throwing her comments about being “the villain” back at her.

To be honest, I had no idea about anything revolving around Angel Reese and Travis Kelce's ex-girl until I saw Kelly's blog on here. Which blew up by the way. (Shout out Keegs)

She fried Angel's ass in that- calling her a "desperate", "cocky, obnoxious, self important, bullying", "fucking-asshole".

Giphy Images.

Yes grandma. My heavens indeed!

(Never one to shy away from a piping hot story, and being the click whore that I am, I saw the video below of Angel from this weekend going around on twitter, and saw an opportunity to combo-meal a nice two-for-one blog here so that's what you're getting.)

Then the other Barstool girls piled on Angel

Listen, I'm not going to jump in the fray and pretend I know proper breakup etiquette.

But as Kelly so aptly pointed out, indirectly as it may have been, this poor Kayla girl who has been broken up with Kelce for 3 years now is clearly the butt of plenty of jokes out there and seen in the eyes of pretty much everybody as having "lost" this breakup. (Kelly's words).

Add to it the fact that the girl probably can't go a day without waking up and being forced to see her ex boyfriend parading around the globe with the biggest pop star on planet Earth happy as can be and talk about misery. Think about the hell that that's got to be.

So if that's the case, has the thought occured to anybody that instead of Angel Reese going out of her way to solicit a platform for Kayla Nicole to come on her show and then dig info out of her about the breakup, maybe, just maybe this was a mutual thing that came about? Or maybe even Kayla reached out to somebody who would finally have her on and enable her to get her own voice heard for once on how things ended?

I'm not saying that's the case but its definitely a possibility. And when you take into account all the shit this girl had said about her and going around after they broke up- like "how she was only with Kelce for his money and his family and friends stressed that to him so he made her go halfway on expenses" (something I read on this very site), and that she finally had enough so she dumped him. IF that was the case, wouldn't you want to clear the air on a rumor like that if it was false?

Just playing devil's advocate here.

I know Angel Reese herself has said she loves to play the villain, and the world of sport definitely needs them, but people are also super quick to jump at every opportunity to slam her that they can.

To follow that up- Angel also showed up at Chicago's tour stop for Wild N' Out (yes, this is apparently still a thing). And she caused quite a stir with the outfit she was wearing…

I don't hate it.

I do however hate her freestyle -

No, please do not get her in the studio.

Get her doing Mikan drills instead as the twitter user above commented.

p.s. - speaking of the Chicago Sky, people forget Big Cat used to be a season ticket owner and that we used to go and sit courtside at their games back in the Barstool Chicago (+ Neil) early days. This video was some of my greatest camera work of all time.
