Football Guys Being Dudes: Lions Center Frank Ragnow Punched Dan Campbell Into A Wall To Prove He's Healthy Enough To Play This Week

I know we don't talk a lot about linemen when it comes to the NFL. We have fantasy brain where we want to discuss quarterbacks and what running backs not to pay. But Frank Ragnow is a name I think a lot of football fans know. He's for sure the toughest dude in football:

Now he's coming back from a torn pec. Let me clarify, he's coming back after a couple weeks after tearing his pec. The man is simply made to be best friends with Dan Campbell and play in Detroit. It's the only spot that fits someone like Frank Ragnow. In fact this is how Detroit should judge their injury reports. No more going to 'doctors' or things of that nature. Once you think you're healthy enough to play, you have to put Dan Campbell into a wall. Maybe do a little Oklahoma Drill/Hall Brawl to get back to a starter vs just being healthy enough off the injury report.

I also know everyone will doubt this story. But this is the only duo, the only place where this could possibly be true. You're talking about a center and Dan Campbell. This isn't some candyass offensive genius out there. No, this is a guy who probably wants his center to drive him into a wall to prove his pec is healthy. I choose to believe the truth and no embellishment of the story.

This is also huge for the Lions. You get one of your lineman back and that run game opens right back up. Goff has been good, no doubt, but the Lions want to run the ball down your throat first. It's how Dan Campbell is made and you get the 1-2 look with Montgomery and Gibbs. It's fitting for Ragnow to show he's healthy by launching his lunatic of a head coach into a wall. Lions are gonna be just fine.
