Travis Hunter May Very Well Start For Colorado Basketball After Clips Of Him Hooping Have Surfaced

Should be Heisman favorite... best player on both sides of the ball in football... and now Colorado starting point guard? What can't this dude do? Can we start the Bo Jackson vs Travis Hunter debate and bury the LeBron/MJ one that was settled years ago by King Bron? All I needed to see was Travis throwing an alley off the back-board between the legs to feel like he should be in the top athletes of all time debate. I don't even care if it ends here and he never sees a snap in the NFL. I've never seen him swing a baseball bat but throw him a 95 MPH heater and see how far that shit ends up in the stands.

We've written countless blogs about how Travis should be the Heisman favorite and it would be a travesty to say otherwise:

Unfortunately, no player has won the Heisman on an unranked team since *checks notes* Steve Owens did it for Oklahoma in 1969. I don't know who that is, but let me see him on a basketball court and we'll make our decision from there. I don't know how this works logistically but in an NIL world it's certainly worth trying, but what's stopping us from doing a Yak gauntlet with full sports where we see Travis throw a fastball, get a single digit handicap in golf, snipe a one-timer, and fuck it, throw him in the water for some water polo and swimming too.
