How About Michael Jordan Giving His 8.9 Million Dollar Dominick's Lawsuit Money To Charity Because He's Such A Nice Guy?
(Source) Michael Jordan was awarded $8.9 million by a federal court on Friday after he won his lawsuit against Dominick’s, a now-defunct grocery store that used his name in a meat advertisement in 2009. MJ, who’s worth over a billion, plans to give the entire settlement to charity.
Oh ho hum, just Michael Jordan not only winning a lawsuit because all he does is win but also being a beautiful human being who gives his hard earned money to charity. 8.9 million dollars? Is that a lot? Seems like a lot. No big deal, just give it to the less fortunate. The lesson, well there are two of them. 1) Still the greatest and 2) Michael Jordan can’t even get out of bed for a deal under 10 million dollars so don’t you dare rip his image off for a measly 100k. Poor Dominick’s, already dead, and then they go and get murdered again.
Meanwhile in LA, Kobe raised his 6th banner. Proud of you Mamba, that’s really cool.
