BIG BOY FOOTBALL: Mark Stoops Goes Into Oxford, Puts His Nuts On The Table, Outcoaches Lane Kiffin And Kentucky Gets Its Biggest Win In Decades

WHAT A WIN FOR YOUR BELOVED KENTUCKY WILDCATS. I've been saying it, this team has the talent. This team can compete like they did against No. 1 Georgia. And now they walked into Ole Miss and took down a team who wanted to fake injuries every single play. I guess I shouldn't be surprised a hard-nosed team with some grit to them was willing to take it to an entire soft ass program.

And you know what? Credit to Mark Stoops. Perfect game plan of taking out the clock, throwing it to superstar Dane Key and GOING FOR IT on 4th and 7. He learned and this is what happened:

Ridiculous. Perfect throw, perfect catch, better cut back. Then it finally happened. We caught our break. We caught the break that Kentucky football never gets.

Defense came through like they always do. Sure, we didn't make it easy because why would that happen? Can't give up a bomb on 4th down. But this defense is a top-15 defense in the country. They showed it against Georgia, they showed it today. Deone Walker is going to be a top-10 pick. JJ Weaver is a perfect college player. We did it without Maxwell Hariston, our best corner and one of the best corners in the SEC. Didn't matter. That Ole Miss offense everyone wants to talk about? Nothing. Three big plays basically the entire game.

This is the win we've been waiting for. I was there in 07 when we beat No. 1 LSU in triple overtime and top-10 Louisville when Stevie Got Loose. It rejuvenated this program. Too many times lately this team has been close to beating a top ranked team and losing late. Not today. Today is Kentucky's day. Today is our day. And one last time, suck our blue and white ass Ole Miss and Mintzy. Go fake another injury.
