'It's Game Time Now' - Malik Nabers Is Already Winning The Mental Warfare Battle vs Trevon Diggs, Ready To Take Their Rivalry On The Field

This is a man who knows the media game. This offseason Trevon Diggs decided to run his mouth and now it's time to see just how good Malik Nabers is:

God, I hate the term demon time, but whatever. That's where the story comes from. Nabers said he's excited to go up against Trevon Diggs, Diggs starts going on about how the Cowboys give the Giants the belt and it's escalated from there. Good, I want my guys, especially our superstar to fucking hate the Cowboys. I want everyone to hate the Cowboys. It's how this game is supposed to feel. I know I shouldn't be confident in the Giants as a team, we still have far too many problems. But you know what and who isn't a problem?

Malik Nabers.

He's a superstar. He's at the point where Daniel Jones is going to give him the ball 20 times a game if he can. He's going to be open. I don't care who is guarding him. Malik Nabers is going to be open enough to get him the ball. Just gotta hope (pray) that Daniel Jones can do that. I also want my wide receiver to be this sort of guy. Not afraid of Trevon Diggs or anyone else. I want him to have that sort of crazy factor to him that every great wide receiver has.

I need everyone on the Giants to follow Malik Nabers here. We're supposed to hate the Cowboys, Eagles and Commanders. Those are the games that need to matter and feel like there's something different about them. It's how I grew up and frankly I miss it. Sure, some of it comes with the Giants being competitive and winning those games. Now it's up to Daniel Jones to make sure the offense doesn't do what it did in week 1 last year against the Cowboys. Surely, nothing can go wrong now.
