Just A Bit Off: A Month Ago, Shad Khan Said 'This Is The Best Team Ever Assembled By The Jacksonville Jaguars' (They Haven't Won A Game)

Whoopsie daisy! Just a little bit off on the prediction here. I get it, you're the owner, you have some high expectations and want to have your fans all jazzed up. But you can't call this the best Jaguars team ever assembled and then go 0-3 with the second worst point differential in the league. Shout out the Panthers for smoking the Raiders and still having the worst though. But, hey, best coaches the Jaguars have ever seen. That may have been the worst guess of all: 

Winning is now the expectation! Good news, at least Shad Khan is (PISSED!).

Wonder if it was the constant turnovers, the lack of defense or the 37-point loss that got him this way? Maybe it was the Damar Hamlin interception? 

All I know is, I love when a bold prediction from someone around a team goes horribly wrong. This is that case. The Jags were better off with Blake Bortles out there. They made AFC title games in their past! They had good teams and good players, now you have Trevor Lawrence in the category of worst contract in the NFL. Good times all around. 

For the few Jags fans out there, what gets you excited right now? Screwing up another No. 1 overall pick? Next year being Trevor Lawrence's breakout year? Gabe Davis finally running that go route for a touchdown? I'm genuinely asking questions here because there's nothing to be excited about right now for the Jaguars unless people get fired. That's a tough spot to be in week 3. Best team ever assembled though. One of those lines that will be remembered like the Eagles Dream Team.
