Ex-Warden Says Diddy's Life is In Danger at MDC Brooklyn, Judge Denies Bail Once Again at Appeal Hearing

TMZ - Diddy's fight to get out of jail has stopped in its tracks ... 'cause after arriving at court today to appeal a judge's ruling he shouldn't be released on bail, he's headed back to the detention center.

The rap mogul arrived at a federal courthouse in New York City Wednesday ... where his sons, Christian and Justin, came out to support their dad -- though ultimately, the judge in the case decided not to grant Diddy bail.

Diddy, a near shoe-in for the coveted 'Worst Guy of The Year" award for 2024, was finally arrested in New York Monday evening. He was taken to jail. He pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Following his arraignment, the judge ruled Diddy to be a flight risk, and swiftly denied his request for bail.

It's very possible Diddy will never spend another day as a free man for the rest of his life. I can only imagine what a horrific come down that must be. To come off 30 year long alcohol-ketamine-ecstasy-murder orchestrating-rape-orgy-human trafficking bender, to being locked in a cell with nothing but your own fucked up thoughts as your body weens off whatever other crazy celebrity drugs you were dependent on. And you're paranoid every second because at any moment a random prisoner is liable to shank you in the throat before you even have a chance to snitch on Kanye. Don't get me wrong, nobody deserves it more than Diddy. But my god... I simply cannot imagine a darker place than that. You love to see it.

But even after the judge denied his original bail request, Diddy wasn't going down without a fight. He brought back a counteroffer. As if he had any sort of leverage in his current situation...

TMZ - Diddy is taking another swing at getting out on bail, and he's upping his offer to the court -- declaring he will forgo contact with almost all women while he's out.
In docs, obtained by TMZ, Diddy's legal team says if he's released on bail, the security company that keeps a log of all visitors to his Miami Beach home, will hand over those logs to the government nightly in order to be fully transparent about who Diddy is contacting. They also say Diddy will limit all visitors to family, property caretakers and friends who are not co-conspirators in the federal indictment.
Specifically, they say Diddy will restrict female visitors ... with the only exceptions being family members or mothers of his children.
Further, Diddy also states in the docs he will have no contact with known grand jury witnesses -- and he's also agreeing to weekly drug testing.

But nope. Sorry Diddy. Still too much of a flight risk. Honestly, Diddy might be the biggest flight risk in the history of flight risks. It's the only move he has left to salvage his life. Somehow try to convince the judge to let you out on bail, then use all the money and tools at your disposal to disappear off the face of the earth.

Realistically, how long can Diddy even survive in prison? Unless he's just fully thrown into solitary confinement and never encounters another human being for the rest of his life. The former warden of MDC Brooklyn, where Diddy is being held, has even come out and said how fucked he is. How inmates in there would look at killing Diddy as a badge of honor.

And that's not even taking into account all the people in the world who probably want him dead yesterday before he's able to throw the rest of his high-profile freak party friends under the bus.

You lived a hell of a life Diddy, but boy is it over. So damn over. This is your life now.

TMZ - A day in the life of Diddy … Cameron says he will receive a 6 AM wake-up call, at which time he will need to make his bed, mop the floor, and generally keep his cell clean.

We're told he'll receive three meals per day, adding up to 1,800 calories daily … all of which will be prepared early and will wait in a warming box for them to be given to him since he's not in general population -- meaning the lackluster prison food won't be particularly fresh when he receives it.

No more freak parties for you Diddy. Well… actually that might not be true. It'll just be a different type of freak party. Yes, Diddy.
