The Movie Line Hookup
On today’s episode of KFC Radio, Jackie voiced the possibly troubling admission that she used to date a guy who would quote Heath Ledger’s Joker in bed. Still deciding if this is one of the most dudes rock moves I’ve ever heard or an extremely clear indication of pre-crime that should cause him to be locked up immediately. I’m leaning towards the latter but I’ll get back to you when I know for sure. It seems like Feits has already made up his mind.
Now maybe don’t cosplay as a character in bed, but dropping a line in from a movie here and there definitely plays*. There are enough movie lines out there for you to script your hookup with movie lines from start to finish so I figured I’d lay out a possible road map for you to follow. Pull these babies out this weekend and your hookup/significant other will be swooning**.
Thanos: “What I’m about to do. I’m gonna enjoy it”
Listen, maybe nix the “stubborn, annoying little planet” part when you take this one for a test drive. Or don’t. Who am I to tell you how to live your life? You really aren't that different from Thanos as you prepare your little willy for action, wrapping it in a rubber like it's your fifth infinity stone.
McLovin: “Oh my God it’s in”
Ah, yes! A topical reference to take you love birds back to your youthful days. Chances are this will be underwhelming for all involved so at least some comedy can be brought into it with this one.
Ricky Bobby: “I don’t know what to do with my hands”
You’re really just being honest if you say this one and it probably won’t even come off like a movie quote. Just a young buck trying to perfect his craft. If things start getting real steamy maybe you even throw in a “Slingshot…engaged” later for good measure.
Uncut Gems: “Holy shit I’m gonna cum”
No explanation needed.
If you pull a move like this on your girlfriend and she for some reason doesn’t leave on the spot…marry her. Marry her without a second thought because my God is she the one.
