Shedeur Sanders Left the Colorado Sideline With 2:00 Left in the Buffaloes' 28-10 Loss to Nebraska
I'm obviously not privy to the inner workings of the Colorado locker room, but I'm curious how the starting quarterback and coach's son leaving the sideline with his personal camera crew during a loss will go over. I'd say it would probably cause a rift of some magnitude, but that would require players being willing to go against the Sanders machine.
If Shedeur Sanders isn't hurt — which certainly does not appear to be the case — this is one of the more insane moves I've seen in college football recently. You know all eyes are on you and in a game on national network television, you decide to walk off the field with a content crew after being pulled by your dad in a three-possession game? Colorado wasn't going to win this game, but there was still a non-zero chance when Shedeur was taken out with 3:47 left. This is the dumbest sport on the planet; teams have insane collapses all the time.
I have a feeling this incident will be brought up all the way through next year's NFL Draft.
