Holy shit what a perfect New York thing and I mean that in the worst way possible. Only in NYC will you find someone who gives so little of a fuck about themselves and their child to be driving a scooter with a child strapped to their back. Driving a scooter is dangerous enough. Like you have to be a lunatic to drive a scooter through a tunnel you are certifiable if you STRAP A CHILD TO YOUR BACK !!!!! Put this man in fucking jail. Immediately. Prison.
