One Step Closer To The LIV vs PGA Cup Dream: We're Finally Getting A Rory/Scottie vs Brooks/Bryson Match In December

Hell yes. This is what the match should be, but I'd even take it a step further for this one. Make it a multi-day or at least multi-event series. Make it like the Ryder Cup. Give me best ball and alternate shot. I don't care, I'm going to watch because you have the two biggest names from the PGA Tour (not counting Tiger) against the two biggest US names on LIV. Build it up so one day we get PGA vs LIV in an event. I know it won't happen, but it's something we've all talked about. We've had multiple debates about who the teams would be in that setting, who would win, all that stuff. It's the perfect hypothetical argument. 

I know people will still complain about this, because golf fans love to complain. But I need this to be entertaining and quite frankly need them to put their own money up in the match. The 4 of them all have plenty of money, play for your own money. I want to see them put in at least a million each and let's see how they play over the course of the match. It'll only add to it all, hell, we know they play for money outside of tour events all the time. You want to see some arguments and a little bit of anger come out? Do it that way. 

All I ask is leave out all the dumb stuff we've seen during The Match throughout the years. This might sound crazy, but I want to watch them play golf. I want to see them talk some shit, play for money and golf. You're talking about 4 elite golfers, show me them doing what they do best. Crazy, I know, but I'm simply a man who enjoys watching golf. Also make it US Open settings. In fact, they should go play this at Pinehurst just to draw up more storylines. Next up, get a little nuts and go 12 vs 12, pick your best team.
