Canadian Baseball Fans Have Lost All Credibility For Not Launching Their Hats Onto The Field For Kyle Schwarber's Hat Trick In Toronto Last Night

This is exactly why you go to the ballpark. You want to witness greatness up close and in person. You want to watch in shock and amazement as the best in the world do the unthinkable out there. So when Kyle Schwarber steps up to the plate and absolutely roasts his 3rd homerun of the night?

The fans got exactly what they paid for. You'd think they'd show a little gratitude for Kyle Schwarber making sure the show was worth the price of admission. Maybe hockey fans are just better than baseball fans, but if that happens in a hockey game then you have an entire arena tossing their hats on the ice as a sign of respect and gratitude. Hockey fans are willing to prioritize respecting the game over their $30 hat. You'd figure 39,000 Canadian fans in Rogers Centre watching the Blue Jays would also all be hockey fans, and that they'd get it.

But not a single hat was tossed onto the field as Kyle Schwarber trotted his sexy little ass around those bases for the 3rd time of the night to give the Phillies a 10-8 lead that they'd eventually hold onto to win the game 10-9. Just makes you wonder about how self-centered baseball fans have been this entire time. Really the only longstanding tradition at baseball games is for fans to stop the game so that they can stretch during the 7th inning. Bunch of divas, if you ask me.

Anyways, I don't even want to think about what would happen if Kyle Schwarber was able to launch one more into orbit and have himself 4 dingers on the night. The big fella would have to go full Joe Thornton if that were the case.
