BELIEVE: Ted Lasso Is Coming Back For A 4th Season, With The Whole Cast Expected To Return

I'm not upset by any means that Ted Lasso is coming back for a 4th season. It's a good show. It's a damn near perfect show to watch as a couple. Toss it on, knock out some episodes and both people can sit back and watch it. Everyone in a relationship knows that's a key thing to have. But here's my problem. What the fuck was the ending in season 3 for? It closed basically every storyline and led for spinoffs. Now that it says Ted Lasso is coming back what happens? Are we just going back to season 1?

The other thing is simple. We already saw the storylines from the soccer angle. We saw relegation, promotion, star player coming in, Jamie Tartt's turnaround, Roy Kent, how do you come up with something new? I know I'm not a TV writer, but that seems to be a problem. You also ended season 3 with Roy taking over the club. Is he getting kicked out of that role and Ted is coming in a la Pat Riley? I wouldn't hate a heel turn if we're being honest. I know it's a comedy and supposed to be a feel good show, even if there's dark moments. But the Nate heel turn was great. Still can't believe they let that little dweeb back in. Should have shunned him for life.

Again, thrilled it's coming back. I assumed we'd get a spinoff pretty soon but I just don't understand why having the ending for season 3 the way they did.
