Philly People Are Very Protective of Their Cheese

Holy shit, did I fuck up with my last food review.

I went all the way down to Philly last week to interview a fighter AND have what I think is the best sandwich in town…

However, as you may have recognized, I made the fatal mistake of calling Cooper Sharp a cheddar cheese instead of an American cheese… And my DMs LIT UP with angry Philadelphians rushing to defend their cuisine…

I appreciate the passion, but it was an honest mistake. I knew that Cooper was an American cheese only because a buddy of mine launched a competing brand of American recently, and we'd had endless talks about other cheeses before the launch. Still, whenever I hear the word "sharp" used around cheese, I automatically think of "sharp cheddar".

Apologies to all the cunty Mares of Easttown complaining in my comments… Won't happen again.

Go Birds, and your water ices are ELITE.

Take a report.
