'Felt And Saw Things That We Shouldn't Think About' - Belgian Triathlete Is Furious At The Olympics For Making Them Swim In The Disgusting Seine River

[Translation] - Belgian athlete Jolien Vermeylen is outraged by the quality of the water in the Seine, in which she dove this morning: "I drank a lot of water [from the Seine], so we will know tomorrow whether I'm sick or not. It doesn't taste like Coca-Cola or Sprite,

We know by now that the Seine River is fucking disgusting. It was filled with E.coli and shit. Actual human shit too, not just using shit as a catch-all word here. So yesterday the triathlon went as planned after a day delay and everyone loved it! I mean how could you not when you had a Canadian triathlete throwing up 10 times

Now you have a Belgian triathlete talking about how she felt and saw things you don't even want to think about. Well, now I'm stuck only thinking about what she saw and felt. There had to be a couple of human logs floating down there right? If there was concern about fecal matters in the river, she for sure saw a baguette that came out of someone's ass. No chance we're talking about animals or dead fish or something like that. We gotta be talking about trash, sewage material, all that stuff that everyone was rightfully freaking out about.

Love that she didn't hold back from descriptions too. Obviously while swimming she swallowed some of the water. Good to know it didn't taste like coke or Sprite. Wonder if it was more of a kamikaze type taste? We all did that as kids. You go to the gas station or whatever and get a little bit of everything in a cup. Was delicious in 1995 but I can't imagine loving that taste in 2024 as an old. Wonder how she felt waking up today. Need that update because she even knows the risk of being sick. You're already sore as hell from a triathlon (I assume, let's not act like I participate in that activity) and now you got the Seine River floating around in you. Great event all around!
