Tom Sandoval Continues To Be A Sucky Loser And Attempts To Sue Ariana Madix Amidst Her Love Island USA Success
Us Weekly - Tom Sandoval is suing Ariana Madix for accessing explicit videos of Rachel Leviss on his phone without authorization. According to court documents exclusively obtained by Us Weekly on Tuesday, July 16, Tom Sandoval is claiming that Ariana Madix “obtained access” to his phone on March 1, 2023, and reviewed videos of him and Rachel Leviss, without his “authorization or permission.” Tom Sandoval’s filing alleges that Ariana Madix “made copies” of the video and distributed it to “Rachel Leviss and third parties” against his authority.
This is just some GRADE A BULLSHIT. I feel like that's the only way I ever describe the actions of Tom Sandoval, who now feels less like a person and more like long COVID. This mother fucker just won't go away. He'll do anything, say anything, to put himself back in the news and without fail, it's at Ariana's expense. Ariana is currently hosting Love Island USA, living her best life and unbothered by any of his drama while she lives it up in Fiji, and yet here we are. Tom can't stand the fact that he ruined his reputation, time and time again, all on his own. Thankfully, Ariana has a good lawyer who knows what the fuck is up:
Ariana Madix’s attorney, Jordan Susman, responded to Sandoval’s claims in a statement to Us on Tuesday: “It is abhorrent that Tom Sandoval continues to torment Ms. Madix. From engaging in an illicit affair that shattered her home and stability, to months of emotional warfare and now this attempt to further shirk personal responsibility for the effects his actions have had on her and her emotional wellbeing. Tom Sandoval knows full well what sort of privileges he and Ms. Madix shared in regard to their personal communication devices. If he or his mistress had their way, it would be illegal for someone to discover their spouse or significant other was having an affair. For Mr. Sandoval to go from begging Ms. Madix for forgiveness to blaming her for his wrongdoing speaks for itself. Even months after the New York Times branded Mr. Sandoval “the most hated man in America,” he has clearly learned nothing and believes it necessary to continue torturing Ms. Madix in a vain effort to rehabilitate his image. Ms. Madix is confident that a jury will see through this latest ploy and dismiss his frivolous claims.”
YUP. PERIOD. ENOUGH SAID. What courtroom would even consider taking this seriously? It's comedy, all around.
Oh, and if you somehow STILL think Tom ISN'T the monster he appears to be? Remember when Rachel/Raquel tried to sue both Tom and Ariana (with, honestly, more of a reason to) back in February, and Tom publicly said she was crying victim? Yea.
Tom Sandoval’s lawsuit against Ariana Madix comes after Rachel Leviss filed her own lawsuit against the exes on February 29, accusing them of eavesdropping, revenge porn and an invasion of privacy.
