HOF Smoke Alexis Ren Has Taken Her Talents To The Big Screen And Is Now a Movie Star

I'm scared to ask this, but do you remember Alexis Ren? It terrifies me that in today's day and age the likes of someone like Ren have been possibly forgotten about. A few years ago she was THE name to know. I think Smitty blogged her 100 times whenever something happened, titling it "Do You Think Alexis Ren Gives a Fuck About ______?" She was a staple around these parts. A quick search in our system shows there hasn't been anything written about her four years. Well, as I'm scrolling my Instagram today I stumbled upon the post at the top of the page. Alexis Ren is now co-starring in a sci-fi thriller called Latency??? 

(IMBD) When Hana (Sasha Luss), a professional gamer who suffers from acute agoraphobia, is asked to trial sophisticated new gaming equipment which uses AI to interpret the electrical activity of her brain, she sees an opportunity to enhance her game. As Hana and her best friend Jen (Alexis Ren) experiment with this new technology, the line between reality and Hana's subconscious quickly begins to blur and she starts to wonder if the device is helping her or serving a more sinister force.

Doesn't exactly look like it'll be winning any awards or breaking the box office, but let's just appreciate Alexis Ren branching out into the movie business. She's given us lots of content in the past, we should support her in whatever she wants to do. It's a Saturday. Enjoy the scroll, watch some golf and then tune later for some Yanks/Sox.
