NO PORZINGIS NO FUCKING PROBLEM - THE CELTICS ARE ONE WIN AWAY FROM THE NBA TITLE!!!!

Holy. Fucking. Shit. 

They did it. They really did it. 10 straight playoff wins. 7 straight road playoff wins. A 3-0 series lead and Banner 18th is now in their sights. I don't even know what to type right now my entire body is currently in shock. They did it. They really fucking did it. 

Granted, it wouldn't be a Celtics playoff game without causing us all to lose our goddamn minds. Only this team could go up by 21 in the 4th quarter and then simply never score again for about 8 minutes. What the hell was that? Whatever, they pulled it out! The Jays delivered when they had to

And just like they have all season long, the Celtics won this game as a team. Huge Sam Hauser minutes, huge Xavier Tillman minutes, Al making plays, Derrick White making huge threes, Jrue's defense, to win a game like this on the road with everything at stake, it takes everyone. 

But at the end of the day, the real story is about the Jays. They did it. They broke through. When the game was in the balance it was the Jays who made just enough plays to find a way to win. All the years of belief and hard work, we saw it on display in this game. It wasn't just the scoring either. Jaylen attacking Luka to get him out of the game with 6 fouls was as big a play as any, even if it did help the Mavs defense a little bit. Any time you don't have to deal with Luka late in a game is a win in my book.

We all said that if this team was going to win the title, tonight was when they had to go for the kill. It wasn't always pretty, but it counts just the same. Another game in these Finals holding the Mavs to under 100 points, that's not 3 for 3 if you were keeping score at home. A championship response from a championship team.

And while they don't give out the trophy for going up 3-0, NBA history says this thing is a wrap. The Celts have beaten the Mavs 7 straight times dating back to last season, and this one was without a doubt the sweetest of them all.
