Evander Kane Looks Back At His First Big Fight In The NHL, Which Included A Clean Knockout Over Matt Cooke

On today's Pardon My Take... EVANDER KANE! The Left Winger for the Edmonton Oilers joined Mr. Cat and Mr. Commenter on today's show to talk about the Stanley Cup Final, coming back from an insane injury, his first fight in the league, how the team feels before Saturday night's Game 1 in South Florida, and more.

Speaking of fights, Evander Kane was involved in a very memorable one in the early portion of his career. He was on the Atlanta Thrashers at the time (RIPIP), and Kane was playing in a game against the Pittsburgh Penguins. It was an April game when the Thrashers had already been eliminated from playoff contention, so there wasn't really much on the line. But the biggest story of this game was the fight between Kane and Matt Cooke of the Penguins.

Fast forward to today's show, and Kane admits that right after the KO happened, he must have watched the highlight 300 times.
