Ben Affleck And Jennifer Lopez Are Reportedly On The Rocks...And Heading For Divorce??

Us Weekly- “Jen and Ben are having issues in their marriage,” a source told Us Weekly Thursday. “They started having issues a few months ago as Jen had started ramping up work commitments and prepping for her tour.”

Per the insider, the “On the Floor” songstress “is very focused on work” as she is set to start her “This is Me … Now: A Love Story” world tour in Orlando, Fla., next month. “They are on two completely different pages most of the time,” the source added. According to InTouch, 

Affleck and Lopez are also in couples therapy. “Ben believes in therapy, to a point, and is willing to be a good sport about participating with an open mind, even though he hates the whole humiliating process,” an insider told the outlet.

“He’s never going to gauge the success of this marriage by what happens in the therapist’s office. He also has a higher tolerance for conflict and having to fight to get his way than the average guy.”

OHHHH BOY!!! Trouble in paradise?? We started seeing these rumors yesterday amongst the lower level gossip sites, but I refused to acknowledge the death of YET ANOTHER great love until we started seeing multiple news outlets posting it. I think it’s safe to say at this point that trouble is, at the very least, afoot. Couples therapy? Staying in separate homes? “Everything is a fight”?? Sounds like two lovers in danger if you ask me. 

Ben and Jen got married in July of 2022, and I don’t necessarily think we’ve seen much “marital bliss” since then. Or, maybe it’s just that they both seem to be acting equally cringe, separately? Between JLo with her big movie about her own personal struggles with narcissism her life, and Ben’s constant resting misery face combined with his cry for help during the Tom Brady roast, I’d say we all could’ve guessed there was a bit of strife at home. 

Matt Damon has to be thrilled, right? You can always tell when something is off about a public relationship when even a  bestie doesn’t seem to be interested in engaging too much. It definitely doesn’t seem like Ben’s friends all thought “wow, he’s finally reconnected with his true love, they will be together forever.” The vibe in my opinion was always very much, “oh Christ. This again?” 

Despite the rumored drama, I hope these two crazy kids prove us all wrong and work it out. I think this will require a lot of coming down to earth for JLo, and a lot more patience from Ben. We can’t let this classic 90s love go to waste!!
