This Head Kick KO Is Immediately One Of The Top Knockouts Of 2024

Hoooollllly shit. What a KO from Esteban Ribovics! That was one of the cleanest, most violent head kicks I've seen all year.

It's a tough break for Terrance McKinney, who had just put together two first-round stoppages of his own in his last two fights - but you can't ever say he doesn't go balls to the wall for a finish. Eight of his ten fights haven't even been to the second round! As long as he recovers from the knockout like he should, I don't think this loss hurts his stock very much. He'll have a job for life if he keeps it up as a first-round finish machine. And as far as Ribovics - it's still super early in his UFC career, but he could be a huge star in Argentina if he keeps this up.

Another KO worth shouting out from tonight - Carlos Ulberg finishing Alonzo Menifield in 12 seconds....

I don't know what the fuck Menifield was thinking there, to be honest! I haven't seen recklessness like that since Cat Zingano ran towards a prime Ronda Rousey arm-first! You run directly at Carlos Ulberg (and into the cage behind him) and you're gonna be seeing stars real quick.

Oh, and it's not a knockout, but shoutout to our guy Chase Hooper for picking up one of the only other finishes tonight....

He's turning into quite the fighter! Motherfucker dropped Slava Claus tonight! Don't let him get hands!

P.S. Apologies on being so late to blog these knockouts - I was actually at a UFC Gym in North Brunswick, NJ watching/supporting my best friend since childhood in his first muay thai smoker. It was an event with 30 fights and a seemingly random bout order, so we just hung around until his name was called, and I got home a little later than expected. He crushed it tho - and that's what is important!
