'Thanks For The Boob Appreciation, Now Let's Get To Streaming' - Olivia O'Brien Showed Exactly How You Capitalize On A Viral Internet Moment

The other night this happened. A great Internet moment if you ask me. Picture of Michael Malone looking at something and everyone else in the world immediately looking at what's behind him. A viral boob moment if you ask me or Olivia O'Brien. Who is Olivia O'Brien you ask? That's who is in the picture.

Based on my research (putting her name in Google and Instagram) she's a singer. More importantly she's delivering a masterclass on how to capitalize on the moment. She posted this to her Instagram story:

Step 1 - embrace it.

This is the key here. You've been ID'd. I don't know who figured out it was Olivia O'Brien, but this is why the Internet was created. For moments when people all come together and figure out who is in the viral picture. She obviously figured out something was going on and jumped on the moment. Because here's the next step:

Step 2 - Plug your shit!

It doesn't matter what it is. Can be your Instagram, your song, your profiles, whatever. Capitalize! Capitalize! Capitalize! You're in the moment, you gotta draw attention to whatever you want it to be.

Step 3 - make a joke, get out of there with one last plug.

Bravo Olivia! Bravo! This is what you do when you become part of a viral moment. Make a couple jokes about boob appreciation, take note of the fact a lot of guys are following you on IG and then plug a couple songs. Just smart all around and should appreciated. Some people don't know how to act in the moment, but Olivia was a pro here.

I know it happens all the time now. Used to have to send out a smokeshow patrol alert, but these days it takes roughly 12 seconds for a person like Olivia to get ID'd. I guess I shouldn't be shocked considering she has a million IG followers. But a picture without a face, just an outfit and bam, we got a viral moment. Impressive all the time and a big reason why the Internet will never, never die.
